Azerium Member 19 Member For: 13y 16d Posted 27/10/12 06:40 AM Share Posted 27/10/12 06:40 AM Juat curious as to if anyone has this problem.I have a 05 BA xr6 turbo ute, 130 000kms. Well service and looked after. No mods except a box cut from exhaust and a turbo timerIt doesn't stall or run bad on the highway or while driving but on idle it is just a little rough, like maybe 50-150rpm differences. Goes up and down, get worse with the thermo fan on. And when idling and full lock it droppes 2-3 hundred. It's not affecting the car but is really annoying and I want to know if it's just mine or a common thing. And no reply's asking if I have checked spark plugs. Intake or anything like that. Fully serviced including all plugs oil and ignition coils. Thanks guys

rekles Member 15 Member For: 12y 5m 4d Posted 01/11/12 09:25 AM Share Posted 01/11/12 09:25 AM righto. ill be up in brisbane in 2 weeks with the car. might find a ford specialist and get them to go over the car.Quick question, if the valve springs is the problem, can driving the car cause further damage? MY ROD GOT OUT Member 434 Member For: 14y 4m 30d Posted 01/11/12 09:53 AM Share Posted 01/11/12 09:53 AM (edited) if it's valve springs it would usually be rough after giving it a hard run or two. But yeh get it checked out asap by a tuner. Edited 01/11/12 09:55 AM by FINNEY
