FairlaneG,

What power are you aiming for? If not huge numbers then a quick easy and relatively cheap upgrade would be to replace your current pump with something like an Aeromotive 340.

All depends on the size pump you use. You may need to change the fuel pressure reg. This goes for any car whether it be tuned or not.

Can you change the non return (check) valve on a standard BA xr6t fuel pump?

Yer mate, that's the one. Urangan end of town. I think he charges you also $28 for a bung in the exhaust to keep decibels down. 77 + 28 = $105.

Btw Jas , what mods has your car got mate?

Just stock mate, and a xforce exhaust. (well I think its all stock...not familiar with turbos lol)

oh and black GT strips over the roof, boot and bonnet :P lol (brought it with them)..... goes pretty good for its k's (227 000) excepts fuel is a little high (bout 20liters round town) but I know the inlet gasket is leaking as the bolts are loose so I gotta replace that..
