Things I would be careful of is firstly running your valet tune so it doesn smash boost when they rev it up. Make sure you have a bov and its plumbed back into the air intake. And depending on how loud your exhaust is maybe try and muffle it (not sure how. These are the main things I would look at Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/82550-epa/#findComment-1313942 Share on other sites

kurteee Member 22 Member For: 13y 4m 19d Posted 24/10/12 06:17 AM Author Share Posted 24/10/12 06:17 AM nah its not tuned to e85, I was thinking of just welding an extra muffler onto the exhaust that will reduce noise and reduce emmisions??? the letter also states that I can have one induction modification, but I dont think its possible to change back to the stock air intake without changing back to the stock intercooler does that sound right? Can't even change injectors or you fail that one! 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/82550-epa/#findComment-1313959 Share on other sites

I took the car back to stock at tuners advice. Only mod was centre muffler out. I passed by half a decibel. You get two chances, maybe go in with mods and see how you go for the rest of us Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/82550-epa/#findComment-1314022 Share on other sites
