Changing 3Rd Gear Convertor Lock-Up Speed In Btr 4Spd Auto?

I change my trans fluid often enough that having no lock up in 3rd doesn't bother me.

Its to do with the annoyance also,lock,unlock,lock,unlock.My trans being std also benefits from lockup in every day driving,if it was built I would have no lock up like yourself.

Some of the LS guys have tried it too. Yes you can gain mph at the track but you eventually end up frying the lock up clutch and put clutch pieces ALL through the box and convertor. It's not designed for much tourqe. Hence why it unlocks under load in 99% of cars.

Some of the diesel f truck guys use the lock up under load and get mega dollar convertors made to handle it.

To be completely honest, I don't like what bluepower have done to your tune. I have my fingers crossed for you.

GTEXXED, what your asking should be fine. Just don't load up the box much at low rpm,/low speed in 4th or with convertor locked up.

Don't cross ya fingers for me ...they gave me the first 13 sec N/A BA falcon in queensland and now Elite have tried their best to make me the first into the 12's

I saw a ba na6 go 12.94 at Calder on Saturday, dont know who tuned it though.
