so yea. I'm new to this and guessing its been brought up at least a thousand times before so first of all I appologise for that.

but! I own a manual 07 Bf mkII phoon, its stock besides been dropped on its hole by pedders and its been running sticky 265's on the ass end.

the cars only done 30, 000kms.. already on its second set of diff bushes which are getting clunkier by the drive.. guessing being lowered and having more grip = more stress apon the bushes right??

so is there any really good solutions to this problem? besides selling and buying a ute version. cheers (:

piece of piss to chuck in just a tip though its not a bad idea to leave some witness marks or spray paint where the cradle bolts up to the chassis... that way ya know you have put it back in the right spot.

maybe not a piece of piss job but if ya ca swing a spanner you'll be fine. I just cut the old ones out with a recipro saw then deformed the outer surround to pop it out then cleaned up the hole with some light grit sand paper.

where do u live?

Personally I have just replaced them using a hoist and a electric forklift. Not sure I'd want to attempt it on stands tbh.... fark that, I mean you could do it but you would probly want to shoot yourself half way thru.
