What's the difference whether u pay someone say $200 cash on a saturday to just repair n spray the damaged bit or pay him a little extra maybe $100 more and tell him do it properly by color matching and doing the whole quarter..

Do it once and properly bud!! That's my advice. Sorry to hear it cracked!! Always a gamble wen rolling guards..

Mika I think its one of those things where you do it knowing the risk. But in saying that good places should be able to stop before any damage occurs, as what happened with mine. People that do dodgy jobs will eventually lose out because they will never build up a good reputation, just sucks for people like the OP who now have to fix the damage.

Also is it only on one side or both? Because if both it probably makes sense (given the paints already cracked) to pump the guards as much as possible because you're going to respray them anyway

Shouldnt the guy doing the rolling be paying for the repairs?

Every guard roller I've dealt with basically gives you a disclaimer to say that if it cracks that's the way it is

Fair enough.. I was going to get my guards rolled and the place I went to said "it will not damage your paint" so if in fact it did, I would kick up a fuss.. but in your case I guess your stuffed... Good luck getting it sorted mate.
