If the paints fairly new and looked after then you might be able to sand back most of the area and sort of blend it in without doing the entire quarter. But in saying that you can often see the difference when you look closely. So sanding out the cracked paint, hazing on abit of colour, then clearing the whole qtr panel and cant rail panel so there are no dry edges. If you trying doing a little blend it will look junk and ending up coming back up.regardless of the colour, you should be able to get out of it for around $500.00 - $700.00 depending on the shop.
