I find mine is a little delayed on the changes under WOT, it also makes maximum power at just over 6000rpm and limiter is 6500 so if it's spinning tyres the revs are moving pretty damn quick. maybe I just need to get used to it. driven a manual for 9+ years of my life and driven an auto for 4 weeks so far.
