It still runs and everything works, no errors on the dash but the noise is pretty damn loud. I can't see anything that would cause the sound when I poked my head around the engine. Anyone got any ideas what might cause this? I will be getting it towed into the dealership tomorrow but if it's something simple then I might not have to... Boosted1 Member 346 Member For: 16y 1m 2d Posted 22/10/12 10:07 AM Share Posted 22/10/12 10:07 AM (edited) yep! it is there at idle mate and if you increase the revs it goes away. (not always though) but if it is the felx plate, dont drive it till its fixed. can elongate the bolt holes in the end of the crankshaft.
