Hi all,

Planning on making my own cai with bits I have lying around. Already have battery leads, filter and 45deg joiner..

Just wondering if there is any reason for the raised battery tray you are in most kits?

Also is there going to be any real difference between going 3inch or 4 inch??

I only need the pipe with bov fitting if I go 3 inch 4 inch will mean starting again...

Cheers..

Guys seriously I bought a plaz kit and while it's handy I definitely should have made my own

And 4 inch vs 3 inch

Go 4 inch, don't be a chicken

Agreed. The price paid for a pipe a few clamps and some pieces of aluminium really a but crazy.. Not hard to make yourself and 4inch is definitely the go..
