ATR2s in summer are decent. If it rains and they are a bit worn WATCH OUT, seriously.

I'm not going back to ATR2s unless I know I'm going to be smoking the sh!t out of them. I'm running Invos on the front and they are holding up really well under my hard cornering driving style. Rears I'm loving the Michelin Pilot Sport 3s. Very grippy in the wet when they were new, as in couldn't spin up from a slow rolling start until way up into second, during actual rain. Can't comment on worn wet grip as it's now dried up.

I by 245/40/18 size, the Invos cost me about $250 fitted and same for the PS3s (on special at a tyre joint I often drive past, normally $300 I think).

This.

Achilles tyres are generally not good in wet conditions.

For my Tornado, I'm considering the Nexen N'Fera SU1. Cheap and grippy.

I use www.tyrereviews.co.uk to get feedback on tyres that I haven't tried before.
