I went from a 245/35/19 front to a 245/35/20 front. The only issue that I believe is noticable is your speedo will be out. So essentially with the tyre size you've selected will result in an increase in speed of 3.8% more than before. Now Ford speedos are calibrated to read higher so when your speedo reads 100 you are actually travelling about 98, so with the increase profile you'll be travelling at approx 102 when the speedo reads 100.Benny.
