You think an Aeromotive pump is loud have you ever heard one of these suckers? Unfortuantly no one makes foam sleeves for big pumps like these but Clark rubber have a sound dedaning mat like this stuff it works a treat

If I can get this pump bearable it shouldnt be too hard to make an Aeromotive bearable.

Mine is pretty quiet as well. Only really audible at idle and then only just. Love the noise when I can hear it

My original Plazmaman hose split so I replaced it with a thicker stronger hose (Aeroquip) but this increased the noise.

I rang Kevin at process West and he sent me out a new e85 compliant rubber hose from his kits and that has made it better.

The hose you are looking for Kroozin is the one in the Process West 044 kit.

Funny how same set ups can sound completely different... I have twin 044s with my process west surge and the only time I really notice them is on start up.. However have heard another twin 044 setup with same mounts on plaz surge and it is very loud..

Just 1 of the reasons I'll be jumping ship

get it mounted properly on rubber feet and then make the decision to switch, mine aswell as Vevas was fitted at CMS.

Give Joe a call and I'm sure he can sort it out for you.
