As they (Walkinshaw) are warranting the vehicle, so they don't want to be replacing bits and pieces. But I'm sure if you you throw on a smaller pulley, with a better fuel system, and an agressive tune 400rwkw's is more than obtainable. The Coyote engine was designed to compete with the GM product, so I suspect there's a lot more up Ford's sleeve.As far as the horsepower race is concerned, the Veyron has set the benchmark, and there wasn't any controversy when it was released. And besides the techincal gadetry is a strong arguement in relation to safety. It's got extractors and twin 3" and a tune and made 380rwkw, but my old 330rwkw bf was quicker.
