Then notching out a slot in the washers and welding in the pushrod of the Mc.... Works a treat and no doubt stronger then ever.Thanks for all the input fellas..saved me hundreds !!$$!! I have found now though that the take up point on the clutch is ridiculously high! Is there any way to adjust the pedal down to make it easier to drive? nick d Donating Members 1,594 Member For: 14y 5m Gender: Male Location: Melb Posted 08/06/14 12:02 AM Share Posted 08/06/14 12:02 AM (edited) Clutch Pedal Hi all, Thought I'd keep this these going rather than starting a new one.Clutch pedal just went on a 07 BF XR6T II, exact same thing to post #1.Noticed a little splat of oil on foot when clutch pedal went straight to the floor while taking off in first gear (clutch pedal went straight to the floor).Noticed the black plastic broken (will take pictures for reference) on the floor but my concern is the oil.Is it just replace the black plastic (where to get it from, ford, Repco, Bursons?) or could it be more with cylinder to be replaced???Thoughts?
