It took me and my tuner one day to remove and modify the turbo, fit new injectors and valve springs and scale the injectors so I could drive home lol if we didnt need to pull te front cover off due to a busted guide it wouldve taken 3 hours max I reckon just to do the springs Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My mates then started sending other mate my way so I sold the tools so I wouldn't have to do any more. Time consuming job take 4-6 hours to complete. Only thing to watch out for is to not drop a collet so have a good magnet handy and plug up the oil galleys with a rag too. Oh yeah don't forget to pull the rags out of the oil galleys when done too.
