It needs to be changed to lambda on the dyno. Or else we have no idea if the setting was changed to e85.. 0.8 lambda is same regardless of what fuel is being used.

so many people do not know this and is 1 reason to do all tests in lambda

Do kpm do a reg to suit factory rail so you can just add the second 044?

from what I understand yes but I have not fitted and tried it for myself yet so don't quote me on it

Yer the 925 I think. Rated to 8 bar instead of 5 like the 044 is

Hey Danny,

Do you think this 925 044 can flow enough E85 to make over 480rwkw and keep afrs safe?

I've been using aftermarket drop in regs for ages. You can get 4 bar blueprinted drop in replacements from 034motorsports which have a much greater diameter return......would it be sufficient for two 044....don't know, would have to get someone like ratter to do a check as he has the equipment to do so.

From what I've found the cost of one of these pumps is about the same as 2 044's. it just offers the conveniance of a single pump.

Personally if 2 pumps are inconvenient. Ie no twin feed fuel rail, hosing etc then it's a option. But I'd look a something like a aero motive pump instead because of the greater flow it has to offer.

Otherwise go twin 044 and aftermarket reg. the factory reg cannot bypass enough fuel from 2 of these pumps.

Personally I like a good fuel system, pw surge with twin 044, pw fuel twin entry fuel rail, and a turbosmart reg

decided to go a single A1000 for the conveniance factor + saves abit of headfarkin around but still going to run the kpm fuel reg. for abit more consistency.
