Does the KPM reg sit in the stock location....I.e Bosch style? Headsex has summed it up well and has set his up well also.

get an adjustable fpr and crank the pressure to 50 psi or so. 044 will laugh at it no probs. also as said the pump should be receiving 14v or thereabouts at idle. an extra pump would still be a good idea though I recon. u should see how much fuel jap cars need to make 400kw on e85 its ridiculous.

it sez on the standard reg. they are 4 bar..

The kpm reg is 4 bar too but it can deal with more relief flow

yeh the afrs (will be looking at lambda next time, cheers HS) didnt like when the fuel pressure got below 55psi..

I wonder how many cars are stretching there fuel pumps capacity.. I dont think the average joe would tend to check fuel pressure too often.

Like has been said the 044's are rated at 700fw/hp using petrol.

As a rule of thumb the motor will use 30% more E85 than petrol @ the same power right?

Im doing the math here and I can kinda see how the fuel pressure dropped off... though most likely im getting ahead of myself.

Depending on type of dyno used and options on the dyno, fuel flow etc can be measured
