Or should the be cable tied to something? Also I noticed another hose had hard white stuff around it and looked like it had been leaking as its dripped on what ever is below it, hear are some pics.The two hoses loose, there's a red one and a black one, what are they for?Closer look.And the hose that's leaking stuff, what's it from?Leaking onto another hose and the alternator I think.I've owned the car since 45k km and its now done 55k km, could the previous owner dodged something up here? Kroozin Menace Donating Members 1,990 Member For: 13y 8m 18d Gender: Male Location: Sydney Posted 24/09/12 03:21 PM Share Posted 24/09/12 03:21 PM (edited) Looks all normal to me haha!I had the same coolant leak which I fixed with a flat blade screw driver, found it was just leakin from that rubber hose ya got in the pic.. the leak comes back time to time and I find yet again the hose clamp has loosened a tad, I really just need to replace the sh*t that's there and be done with it but ircbf Cable tie the stuff if it pleases you, just dont go crazy as theres plenty of others like yours getting around... as sed its "normal".I'd only be concerned if I could see rub marks on any of the stuff but I think you'll find its ok.Worth another look though for peace of mind I guess.
