I wanting to remove upper grill 2011 G6ET.

I have loosened off all the plastic screws on upper moulding but the lower section on the chrome grille still seems attached.

I'm trying to get access to run a HID relay.

it just clips in at the bottom. should be three clips from memory, I think you can pop them out with a screwdriver.

I think you can get them from behind, they are under the bottom chrome bit and stick into the top of the bumper. If you lift the grill a bit you should be able to see them. been a while since I had my front bar off.

I bought a 10 pack of 9 led t10's off of ebay, did the interiors on the ceiling, the footwells, the parkers and the number plate lights, they are all t10's. the pack cost me about $10.

I'm in the middle of putting in HID all round and as part of order inquired about swapping brake lights and indicators and Parker's.
And man I've had some trouble doing that!
To point put the original brake lights back in because of certain issues.
Then originals wouldn't work I ended up at Fraud who replaced on Friday and left brake gone again next day back to fraud again tomorrow!

yeah I haven't bothered with brakes, indicators, reverse lights. I have cheap HID's but next time the blow will be back to phillips or something I think. still have not replaced my blown HID foggies yet, but that stops me getting fined for having them on!

I hear ya,

I reckon I do the same with the H4's if they go.

I was wondering if the globe section could bd swapped out for Philips ones.

Hears a list of issue I've had with this installation.

1. Parker's - installed two different colors.

2. T10 SMD5 - wire contact wire fell out.

3. Indicators base - would not fit, need BAU15S GLOBE.

4. Brake lights - not coming on and effecting cruise control.

5. Installation issue H4 - possible earth.

6.H7 - Not posted to me.
