I'm not trying to scare you or to convince you that you deffinitely have bent blades, just throwing a possibility out there.. You'd have to pull the dump pipe or intake pipe off to confirm.

Sorry to keep hijacking the thread, what's the likeliness of water getting in?

I couldn't imagine a drop or two of water making its way from a standard air box to the compressor. Stranger things have happened though.
