I'm looking at a 2006 BF Typhoon. It looks fantastic, brake upgrade, full FPV service log. However, it has 150,000kms. Is this to high? Or will the only trouble I be looking at is resale in the future when it creeps towards 200xxx...

How much is the car?

Have they rebuilt the engine? Odometer can say one thing, but the actual km's on the engine is another thing.

Prob not a lot done though if only ever serviced by FPV - but that itself is a good thing.

Mine has close to 130000Ks. Hasn't missed a beat. I replaced all suspension bushes, shocks, ball joints, springs, all oils, tidied up a few things and shes a really good car now. Bought it at 99000. Good servicing plays a big part in what it'll be like.

Cars should have hour meters too. Engines can be idling for hours in peak hour everyday but still do mInimal kms. Genuine freeway km though different story

hey guys (first post). I just got myself a 07 bf typhoon, picking up tomorrow :bliss: . I been looking around and had a buget of $25000. everything was in the 130000 to 150000k mark and in not bad condition, but decided to spend the extra little bit and managed to get a fever green one with only 59000 for $30990. So for a extra 6g, came with leather interior and upgraded brakes. worth spending that little bit more me thinks.
