Your tuner won't recommend either of those. He's a 6466 man. Just use a 6466 and be done with it.

The t3 bw is on par power wise with the bolt in gen2 gtx and the garrett is a grand cheaper just for the turbo, not taking into account fitting the dump for the bw.

 

If you're moving to a t4 flange (which you should be) then there are better options for the money in my opinion.

 

Yeah it's your money but make sure you don't spend lots of money for a small upgrade. It'd suck to be disappointed with just an extra 50 to 100 rwkw from a stock turbo.

I know. I was making a comparison. 

 

T4 bw might be your cup of tea. I'd choose a gtx42 myself just for cost efficiency.

Gen 2 GTX will flow 600kw with the right supporting mods. Obviously paper ratings are always different from rear world, but it is a rated 900hp turbo

 

Much like the 6466, it will do it also but what is the life span haha

So 466 is no problem with a 61mm turbo but can't make 600 with a 67mm????
