Hi mate that face plate under my icc is originally a asl audio aftermarket deck holder, what I did is I fibreglassed the hole flat were the deck goes in, an then I drilled two 52mm holes for the gauges, u can either buy it from asl or I have also seen supercheap sell the same thing.

Went an bought some rims today, they are lenso d1r, I am starting to do some weight reduction on the car so I thought the wheels would be the best place to start, anyway these rims weigh in at 10kg each the standard ones weigh in at 13.5kg, so a reduction of 7kg for the rear wheels.

Now for the tyres I am using hoosier 275/40/17 let me tell you that these tyres are awesome they just stick like glue, you will not be able to use these on the road because it will just pick everything up of the surface, there a great drag radial an they weigh 3kg less each then the micky thompsons et streets, so a reduction of 6kg all up for tyres.

So in total the car has lost 13kg from the rear just from wheel an tyres, I thought I let use guys know so it may help use out if your chasing numbers like me.

Cheers miso

Far out dude they look awesome! Where did you get them from?
