You can get plastic fascia brackets for ~$30-40 that look nice. If you don't want to rewire all the speakers to the new headunit you could just wire the headunit pre-outs to the Aux input. That way you get all the features of the headunit (MP3, ipod control, bluetooth etc) without the hassles (but you still have the sound quality issues. The whine noise is a pain in the BA/BF).
