Have noticed lately that the limiter seems to come on a little earlier than usual around 5200 and after accidentally hitting the limiter hard the car seemed to stay "on the limiter" until I pulled over it was running extremely rough and after a quick dab of the throttle it came back to normal, Has any had this happen before? will be replacing valve springs soon before it goes on the dyno.

Cheers

if your car runs rough after some high revs and full throttle means your normally getting valve float. settles down after a while. Any problems or misses coming up on boost?

mine dose it after big hits in the lower gears 1,2,3 (usually whee lspin to limiter) then getting off it quickly, starts to idle rough and a quick tap on throttle and its all good

ran it up on the dyno and the valve springs were determined to be at fault
