If you get this kit be very careful with the hangers when installing as they are not strong, also make sure you put something between the cold side pipe and your inlet manifold or it will rub trough.

Keep in mind the cold side pipe will rub on your bonnet too. Good entry level kit for the money but I would spend just a few more $ and get the Plazmaman Pro Street bar & plate core if you couldn't afford a Process West stage 2 or a Plazmaman 1000hp kit..my 2c

Ah yup cheers man. What can be put in between it to prevent the rubbing through. Seems odd that they would sell the piping if it rubs on bonnet doesn't it? Maybe they've fixed it now?

You could use a strip of cut radiator hose at the point they contact but that would make it rub worse on the bonnet..

My kit wasn't that old, doubt they're changed the design since then. Alternatively save for a little longer and get the PW stage 2 and relocate your throttle body, nice and neat and supports big power for future...doing things twice costs more

Edit: spelling

I have the rapid kit and if installed with a little thinking no rubbing will be had.I have had mine on for 10,000kms now and not one rub mark.Positioning, clamp like hot side pipe has on cross member and a trim of the old lug that's used for cross over to mount clamp to to hold her down. What causes the hits/rubbing is when throttle is backed off and the pipe jumps a little.

Might be worth mentioning that the under water intakes (lol) might also get more dirt/dust from the road blowing in there, clogging filter earlier. How much difference it would make between services I don't know.

Yeah I'm definitely not getting a UBP, hopefully the guy replies with details about the battery relocation kit from facebook (Andrew Monks, is he on this forum? Name rings a bell..) and I'll get an intake to go where battery is. Should be pretty simple to make one yourself I'd think yeah?

^ I got mine off Facebook :) $150

Then if you want a beautifull cover there on ebay for $150

Item number 230817130437

So about $350 for a good I take and $150 for the battery to move, or you can make the intake cover yourself if your on a really tight budget.

Freakin $53 delivery to Perth for that cover lol. And would probably need an intake to match it - where the hole is in the side of the box that is.
