rbjet Skid Machine Donating Members 1,640 Member For: 13y 10m 14d Gender: Male Posted 05/09/12 03:27 AM Share Posted 05/09/12 03:27 AM I use the under battery intake with out the stone guard under the front bumper as my car never came with one.No issues with driving in the rain or through puddles but I did drive through a very deep puddle one day which was a bad idea but I risked it.Idled through fine but the air filter was full of water so as soon as I accelerated, water went in the intake and the car ran like crap.Had to tow the car home (which was only around the corner) and dry out the cooler and piping. Sounds like Kosij got some good details though.Also if I had the chance to get the small Rapid cooler I'd go that one over the big one for 300kw as cutting the front was a pain in the ass. Good entry level kit for the money but I would spend just a few more $ and get the Plazmaman Pro Street bar & plate core if you couldn't afford a Process West stage 2 or a Plazmaman 1000hp kit..my 2c Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
