Pretty sure stage 1 = tune + injectors!

Nizpro Stage 1:

X-cal 3 Flash tuner

Nizpro custom dyno’d recalibration

XFT

• Pre-tune engine inspection

• XCal III Flasher Unit

• Xtreme Custom Tune

• Before and after dyno report

• Regapped spark plugs

• Cooler thermostat

AUTOTECH

Stage 1 for the FG XR6 Turbo & G6E Turbo involves the SCT X3 Ford Flash device. The X3 allows Autotech to reprogram the factory ECU (computer), enabling higher power levels, combined with better driveability and fuel economy. The X3 can also store up to 3 different tunes for different applications or fuel types.

TUNEHOUSE

• THR XCAL 3 Interface

• THR Fuel Injectors

• THR Custom Tune

CMS

Pre dyno inspection

  • Hi flow panel filter
  • Herrod/SCT Edit
  • Custom tune

CVPERFORMANCE

X3, tune only.

so as you can see there is no set stage1.

every shop is different.

its like getting a stage1 cam from crow and a stage 1 cam from atomic.

sometimes apples arent apples.

im pretty good friends with vince rigoli , he tunes via laptop and doesn't use the sct any more . he is my local tuner if I decide to go that way...

Vince is a great tuner & is one of the best when it comes to what he dose but he always perfers laptop tuning & when it comes to Fords & using the factory ECU there is nothing better than the SCT/Sniper/HP software unless you are going for a 8 sec pass then that's a different story....why would you want to by pass the factories saftey feature & not having the ability to control boost in closed loop or play with cam timing like the factory unit does ??

that's my opinion !!

the only drama I can see with vince is you cant flash in between tunes, not a real biggy for me though, why would you want to go back to standard tune with a modded car ?

oh and I get it for a good price too,lol

its good having an array of tunes if your on a trip and you cant get 98 fuel flash in a 95 tune and put 95 in and yes this did happen to me the servo had run out of 98. I had 3 tunes race, daily and a 95. ran around on the daily and used the race when I felt like some fun

Spiro, Joe and Jim are the best in the business hence why you pay a little more a few hundred is nothing when a new engine is $7000+.
