Rancidpunx Brisbanes Resident Detailer Donating Members 950 Member For: 15y 10m 5d Gender: Male Location: In my Cabin Outside Brisbane. Posted 05/09/12 06:14 AM Share Posted 05/09/12 06:14 AM So with the poorboys it'll just mask the scratches for a few weeks then they'll come back up?So by the sounds of it I'm best off getting a panel beater or the like to cut out the swirls and then give it a few coats of wax using the naviwax?Hey Rancid how was that shine achieved in those 3 comparison photos? My swirls are no where near that bad, I just want the metal flake to show back through againWith the Poorboys the swirls didnt go anywhere, they are just under a layer of glaze which gives a nice wet look to hide them. Blackhole does a pretty good job but its something that you need to redo quite often.Naviwax is good stuff. It lasts around 3 months which is excellent for a paste type wax. It produces tight beads when wet and has probably the best protection against water spots I have seen. Easy to use and looks good all for $60.The 50/50 shots were multiple stages. I used 3 different polishes from Menzerna and also Carpro with 4 different pad combinations on Rotary and Random Orbital.I will give you a call about the Ute Karl, cheers.

Once my tax return comes in will book it in then give it a wax myself and should come up great! Will put before and afters but it won't be for 3 weeks or so
