Ciaran Thooperrrrrrr Donating Members 2,768 Member For: 13y 10m 3d Gender: Male Location: NOR, Western Australia Posted 03/09/12 02:35 AM Share Posted 03/09/12 02:35 AM Brakes don't feel as solid as they did a while back, so thinking of upgrading.Not sure if I should just get new pads and hope that will fix the problem, or if I should do a full upgrade - rotors, pads, calipers etc.Will have a check of the pads at lunch to see if they're worn, but as I brake now it feels like it's taking a lot more effort to slow down, feels very soft.I checked the fluid and it all looks good, but I have some Penrite Sin DOT 4 left over from my last car, so might just flush it when I do the pads or the whole lot. Also got a free bottle from a Promo from RSL Brakes so that will come in handy now.If doing the whole lot, what's the next step up/good option from the standard BF2 brake setup?Are the PBR performance set an upgrade over the BF stock?
