Much more noticable if it has a turbo side intake though... Just take it for a drive, load it up make sure it doesnt missfire or blow smoke etc, make sure its cold when you start it to run through full operating temps etc, check for noisey suspension and squeaks/rattles exhaust leaks etc, check icc operation, heater an a/c operation ( make sure centre vent temps are identical on full hot) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mine was slipping in 4th, 5th and 6th with only 268 rwkw. Easily fixed with a Mal Wood Option 3.With over 100,00kms, the rear diff bushes if original are probably knackered.
