Second all of the above...

*clean TB first

*scan for fault codes and / or change the TPS sensor

*check floor mat isnt interfering with pedals....

I had a throttle problem. Logged faults showed throttle control system limiting RPM (which felt like a sticky throttle) then engine shutdown. Cleaning the electrical connextions to the TPS fixed the issue for me.

If you have the older shaped TPS more then likely it will be playing up. I replaced mine with the newer one and never had a throttle problem.

Mine used to drop revs and shake really bad and chuck out max rpm limit codes.

Thanks for the replys guys. I was driving up gears and thottle spiked up hit mid boost on a cold nite.... and not alot of people believe stuck throttles happen!. So it seems being 27 years old and owning a F6 makes you a rev head and that just makes every one of us car lovers look bad.. And that my friend is not on.. thanks alot guys with your feed back. :buba:
