Ive been told by people there were many years ago. Ive also read they have them in NSW, but what about the nullarbor?Im not looking to break any land speed records but Id like to not worry sitting on 130 for the journey.Any one know?CheersDave Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/81637-aerial-speed-checks/ Share on other sites

Never seen it in operation in all the years I've driven on it day in day out.Not sure if it's the same deal there Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/81637-aerial-speed-checks/#findComment-1285625 Share on other sites

Bellato Donating Members 2,713 Member For: 14y 6m 26d Posted 27/08/12 07:24 AM Share Posted 27/08/12 07:24 AM They do it on the stretch of Highway from Canberra to Sydney. I've only seen it once but not sure how much it gets done! Its one of those things, all they have to do is make people aware that it can happen and that'll scare most people. If theres signs that say aerial speed enforced here blah blah blah then I guess just run the risk if you don't mind coping a fine if you get one 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/81637-aerial-speed-checks/#findComment-1285924 Share on other sites

I reckon they do it very rarely just for scare tactics.
