Like Aussie said, it's there to assist launch, not control it.

Its just a rev limiter so you can get boost while stationary without revving the guts out of it.

3500rpm, Lil bit of boost and good clutch/throttle control will get a good launch.

I'd have to agree that it is only launch assist. You only need to have a little to much throttle when the clutch is released for it to be all over and traction control actually will slow you down. The quickest launch is all with the driver, I am still having fun trying to get that fastest launch.

The question is, can it be ajusted through to change it from launch assist to launch control,I know that in the Delco computers that run Holden/Chev donk LS motors it can be programed I also wonder if it is a safty thing FPV put in so morons dont bust up components doing a red line dump lol

the only time I have been able to use the lauch limiter and leave with full throttle and not wheel spin is on the drag strip and I had to stiffen up the suspension on the rear to do it
