Not sure if it really is "snake oil" the car originally came from Rockhampton so I would assume the original owner got suckered into buying it.I don't know if it works, When I bought new wheels they took out those flimsy spacers? that ford put between the rim and disc. That spacer did have a slight surface rust so idk. When Wrapture did my ganador mirrors in a carbon wrap, he asked for them to be painted first so the wrap adheres better to them.BTW, he did a great job and will be wrapping the whole car closer to Christmas. When Wrapture did my ganador mirrors in a carbon wrap, he asked for them to be painted first so the wrap adheres better to them.BTW, he did a great job and will be wrapping the whole car closer to Christmas. For the wrapping yes it does need to be "cleared". Also takes 4 weeks from the painting day before he will wrap it to make sure the paint is properly cured. All I was going to do in that context was clear coat it.
