Clearly bigger discs, pads and 6 pistons to push force will stop better then 4 pot set up on the same rubber and clearly the 6 pot will take longer to over heat over the 4 pot

but the question remains cold start same ruber whats the difference?

This is true.

For a one off emergency stop, there is stuff all between them.

Front tyres make the biggest difference in stopping distance.

The 355mm Rotor size between the 4 and 6 pot is the same and even on the track for 5 laps at a time, there is stuff all difference.

I've been using 4 pots on the circuit for years.

Changing from street tyres/pads to circuit pads and slicks makes a MASSIVE difference.

FAR bigger difference than piston number.

Nah unfortunately there not the same 335x32mm front rotors with four-piston calipers and 328x26mm rear rotors with single-piston calipers and 355 x 32mm 6 piston calipers up front and 330 x 28mm 4 piston calipers in the rear..

What are you on about?

Both the Brembo 4 and 6 piston rotors are the same 355mm Rotor diameter.

To answer the original question, there would be no difference between the 6 and 4 pots for stopping distance.

Both are strong enough to activate the ABS.

The weakest link is the friction between the road and tyre.
