I think if your asking if it can be done, then clarifying its a BA after being told no. You should get someone else to do the job

Just park it against a tall box curb, then reverse away. Bumper will be off lickity split.

just put your cooler on the outside then you wont have to remove your bar again

If you cant take the bumper off then you will have no chance in being able to take the intercooler out. The bumper is easier to take off then the intercooler is. it will take you all of 15 minutes for your first time.

Undo the bolts/screws in the front inner wheel arches, undo the bolts underneath. Take your number plate off and check to see if there is 2 bolts behind there in recessed holes (may or not not be hence saggy bumper lol), pop the clips off the sides (the bumper sides will seperate from the guards), then slide forward. Make sure you unplug the fog lights once you can access behind the bumper.

It actually sounds harder than what it is.

I have the PW stage 2 cooler in my BA F6 and have taken my cooler off without taking the front bar off... it can be done..
