The wife has a mazda sp23 with leather seats also and for the last 3yrs at every service she asks them to fix the squeak/creak in the drivers seat. They either say they cant find the noise or it is fixed and yet it is still there all the time!I am going to fix it myself when it runs out of warranty unless I can get them to replace the seat before hand which I doubt very much...I would be telling your dealer next time that if they cant fix the problem then they are to replace the seat and see what there response is so that you can get onto it straight away with ford aus if they refuse. This needs to be tacked back in place. Also, you can get a squeak from where the plastic side trim meats the leather on the base, I find going over the leather with a protecting gel or leather conditioner softens up the material and stops the noiseEdit: Try this threadhttp://www.fordaustraliaforums.com/forum/showthread.php?46915-How-to-deal-with-the-squeaky-drivers-seat Edited 22/08/12 12:20 AM by senna_T added link
