As Jet said undo the internal gearbox bolts and check you can turn the engine over on its own. This way you know whether the engine or the gearbox is causing the jam.

Bionic the him module is the big flat air con module behind the glove box? Someone mentioned that I didn't change it that's bout only thing that I left from 6 speed shell. Would air con module stop it starting?

The him module does not need to be programmed for the car to start even if it's not plugged in the car will still start.

I've had dash's just sitting in the car with only the kick panel plugs and "BEM" plugged in and I was still able to move the car off the hoist . It thew alot of coeds but still drives mate .

And it sounds like you have a big issue inside the motor from the impact man. You should be able to turn it over with a 1/2 inch breaker bar with ease man being a turbo motor .
