When you watch this you will understand where your bang is coming from. This is true, and it made things a lot clearer. The video was great, but I cant seem to find it either.Changing my centre diff bush to a Superpro comfort has been one of the best mods I have done.People are put off my the labour cost but what they don't realize is that its the side diff bushes that are the expensive ones to replace.Centre bush is cheap to replace and MASSIVELY reduces driveline shunt for those with ZF's. Drive a manual ute if you want to hear knocks. 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/81557-zf-clunk-when-coming-off-wot/page/4/#findComment-1298822 Share on other sites

Have driven other makes of car fitted with the ZF 6 and they do it too. With new bushes, not that old donut etc. It's just how they are. One thing I did notice is gearbox fuild level I think makes a fair bit of difference to things like this. It wont fully go away but it's certainly much better with the right level. I've found this with a few ZF quirks Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/81557-zf-clunk-when-coming-off-wot/page/4/#findComment-1317818 Share on other sites
