Think I read somewhere that at the recent hot tuners shoot out, BTA's F6 made 550rwkw on pump.. AFR's weren't pretty though apparently... Maybe water/meth?

It would be interesting to see the boost levels that were used to make the power. 25psi on straight pump usually result in det even on the dyno but with water/meth it should beable to do it easily. For example with an efficient setup we make 700hp all day (last setup) at only 21/22psi with no det issues. On the same boost levels we make over an extra 100hp. There is no downside except when ya start pushing hard on e85 we do run out of pumps pretty quickly where as on a leaded race fuel like c16 we've come no where near its limits. We've devised a clever fuel system for it so we can keep going with e85 but not gonna bother for a while as we're not goin that high again for a while

Just testing your engine building skills here GMHKla. What piston ring gap (top and bottom) would you use on a 500rwkw PULP engine?

More then likely no bigger but less then .030 but I'll confirm with an engine builder once iv bought the pistons and rings... I may be wrong every engine and application is different.

If I don't end up doing it I know a few performance engine builders anyway so I'll just get one if them to assemble the bottom end n give me back the motor as a short motor so I can reassemble the rest myself...

Lol rookies pulp is 98 only. "Pump" fuel is all = lpg, diesel, 91, 95, 98 e10 and e85
