no junk stay away always use the genuine ford "f6" product cheaper and the best not to mention proven all the way from stock to 500rwkw

I run mine down to 0.7 at anything past 17 ish psi stock f6 plugs are 0.8 wich is fine for most applications

Just about to fit some Motorcraft SK20R7 plugs to my BFII, they are platinum/iridium, marked with Ford stamp. Come pre gapped to 0.7mm (which is what XFT Simon advised he tuned with) and I checked the pre gap as well, was consistent across all 6. Scored them from ebay along with a set of VDO coils for $210 delivered! Absolute bargain. Fingers crossed they last as long as the last set of genuines, which are at least 140,000km old. Will be interesting to see how much they have burned off.

Yeah not the genuine jobbies so we'll see how they go. 500+km a week will test em out.
