Took it for a drive tonite for the first time and its in my book no good. Auto is harsh to say the least in gear changes when it will change, torque converter feels like its locked in from the start (engine sounds like its workin overtime) only way I can get it to change gears without revvin the hell out of it, which I didnt do, is back off and accelerate again and it seems to change alrite doing that. Tried ahifting manually but it wont change either.So thoughts guys?? Check fluid level, check all electrical, check selector switch, not much more you can do if you dont know much about them. Solenoids such as the S5 reek havoc. Found out that the second gear band is f***** the gearbox changes from 1st to third and that's all.
