Disconnect the battery for a while, then the auto will learn how you drive.

If you leave your lights switched to auto, you adjust the settings in the menu on the ICC, you can change a heap of things like follow me home lighting.

The ecu will eventually adapt to your driving behaviour so if the old owner never gave it any then yes it 'may' be slightly sluggish. BUT if you give it a good bootful and try keep the revs up every now and then the ecu will reset itself. I'm no tuner but this is what Herrod told my old man to do with his GT so assume the same applies here.

And congrats on the purchase mate

Thanks, for answering my question and I pat myself on the back every-time I get out of the fg ( u made the right choice) :P

Push gearstick sideways in drive = perf mode, shifts are a touch firmer and it holds gears longer...if you push ford or back it goes to manual mode.

it makes my broom broom go zoom zoom

Ahhh, gotcha . Cool cool.

Thought you may have been talking about a secret button hidden under the passenger seat that releases 175 extra horsepower or something equally as ridiculous.......

Hoping that you were talking about a secret button hidden under the passenger seat......
