Always sounded like it was coming from the front left tyre. It was just the ABS self test (it's in the user manual as well). Most of the time I didn't even notice it.I haven't noticed it in my FG mk2 in the few days I've had it so far though. Checked sway bar mounts and swaybar link rod ball joints tonight, found nothing wrong. Bdwong Member 20 Member For: 12y 11m 25d Posted 14/09/12 03:20 AM Share Posted 14/09/12 03:20 AM I was the last one at work so I thought I'd test it out in the car park haha, Yeah speedo works in reverse. Didn't make the noise when I got to 15 forwards again, which confuses me even more Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/81488-fg-t-weird-clunk-when-first-taking-off/page/3/#findComment-1294770 Share on other sites

Bdwong Member 20 Member For: 12y 11m 25d Posted 14/09/12 11:35 PM Share Posted 14/09/12 11:35 PM It just doesn't seem like ABS or a normal thing, people can hear it from out side the car and I can feel it through the floor with my feet, tomorrow if I don't feel like a pig, I'll jack the front end up and spin both the wheels up slowly and see if it will do it. Main difference is that there's half a dozen, sounds like you just have one?
