Moderating Team 10,981 Member For: 12y 4m 2d Gender: Male Location: Frankston, 3199 Posted 21/07/15 12:40 PM Share Posted 21/07/15 12:40 PM When I was living/working in the CBD I had an Indian restaurant in the basement below me that all the Indian cricketers would frequent when they were in Melbourne.Hidden, dingy looking place - but you should have seen the guest book - it was as legit as anything.Brick tandoori oven and everything (in the basement mind you)I went from someone totally scared of the El'Maco burger and spicy fries McDonalds did and the Zinger burgers to someone who can't go more than a few days without something with enough kick to make the old me faint from fear.Lamb rogan josh, bismati and garlic naan (would add the cucumber dip thing Roti?? and a papadum) is definitely one of my faves - such a simple meal, but when done right it ticks all the boxes and then some.
