Yeah everything came together today.

Owner must have still been pissed at the sale price.

He left a massive stinker in the loo and didn't flush.

The fark was with this karnt panda, if it hasn't sold for what u want the price probably doesn't reflect what the market is willing to pay. He should be thankful he was finally able to sell it! Obviously he hadn't had a better offer than yours........or he had and knocked it back.....so left u a nugget.

After seeing the doc again. He said my blood pressure is in the normal range so that's good. Also my liver is not working over time anymore and cholesterol has dropped from 7.4 down to 4.2 so im very happy with that number.

So he said the old me was geading for a heart attack but he said my chart would say im a very healthy person.

Can I get a name change back to bizkets now. ;)

Problem is mate. The valuations of houses around here all still reflect 6 months ago where the agent would put up a for sale sign and walk back to their car and grab the under contract sign.

We knew what we were willing to pay. Obviously a lot of money has been spent on this place. 3 big retaining walls, 6m x 6m powered and insulated shed, 2 car driveway all the way to the road, concrete paths joining everything important, 3mx2m powered garden shed, 2m x 2m tool shed, bore, fully fenced and 2 x 20,000L rainwater tanks.

I think these people were looking at what all this stuff would cost new.. not what it is actually worth in a market where they went 6 weeks without an offer.

Needs moar pics

My experiment went well

Our whole house is filled with timber skirtings and architraves, and they make the house look so dark.

Well my goal was to paint them all in the bedroom to see if it works out as I am doing the whole house refit now ... And would love to do them throughout the house however not sure how it will look in terms of finish and quality looking

Well after hours of hand painting undercoats then two top coats all while holding the pile carpet out as to not ruin it .... Pretty sure I am happy with the result

All my hand made furnishings are to come but this is the before and after so far
