Technically 'full time permanent' who sub me out to other companies an I get hourly rate, super, OT, travel, leave and bonuses and stuff. But my work depends on jobs being there.. This company subbed me into the govy position but still expected me to keep up all my other work for that company... The idea was having a link to government we did get a front line for first dibs on any large infrastructure projects.I also have my own company which I do maybe 10-15 hours a week for..March next year I will work exclusively for myself.. But working with this company still.. They'll be delivering a major project for a client and I'll be principals rep and responsible for protecting the clients interests.. Can't wait..So dropping government part of that job means I can now focus on all the other projects piling up on my desk.. And since government gets a discount rate I can probably rake in some more dollars in fees.Trip to Melbourne definitely may be sooner then later but not as soon as SHP..Melbourne can't handle us both at the same time..Unless pazzo were to fly to Queensland that week so keep the balance..
