I wasn't allowed to have a boyfriend, or go to parties, or any of that stuff. It was cause he remembered what he was like when he was a teenager, and didn't want any guys like him going near me. But that doesn't work. I'm sure you've all snuck around with a girl with a strict parent. This continued on even when I was over 18. Was finally allowed a boyfriend, but he wasn't allowed to stay the night. So I moved out.I know Dad is always going to see me as 'his little girl'. But our relationship only improved when he dropped the ridiculous rules.Him setting a curfew - that I could understand. So scared of men that he'll never get grand kids - which means no chance of a grandson, which I know he wantsor2. Rebelled so much that there was the possibility of a pregnancy at 17.He realised he was on the fast track to lose us all.I'm sure you've dated a girl in the past with a strict father.
